By accessing, browsing, or using the aca44 website located at https://aca44.io (the "Platform"), or by registering an account with aca44, you ("the Player" or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference herein.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aca44 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not create or continue to use an aca44 account.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the aca44 Platform or from any other aca44-affiliated service.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a current employee or director of aca44.

aca44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, aca44 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided and forfeited.

To access the full range of aca44 services — including sports betting, live casino, and slots — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player may hold only one aca44 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the aca44 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposit Processing Time: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your aca44 account within approximately 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during normal business hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Fees: aca44 charges no fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals made via mobile wallet methods. Third-party charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside aca44's control.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the aca44 account. aca44 reserves the right to request verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Declined Transactions: aca44 is not liable for any loss resulting from declined or delayed transactions caused by your payment provider, network outages, or factors outside aca44's reasonable control.

aca44 conducts anti-money-laundering (AML) checks on all transactions as required. Unusually large or patterned transactions may be subject to enhanced due-diligence review and may be delayed pending investigation.

aca44 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is issued. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated at the time of issue. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

aca44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations aca44 has already incurred to players who have accepted the promotion in good faith.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the aca44 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by aca44. aca44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced (subject to in-play market availability).
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed by the system.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and may vary. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of bet placement.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond 24 hours; obvious pricing errors; or where aca44 has reasonable grounds to believe a bet was placed as part of fraudulent activity.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to momentary delays in data feeds. aca44 is not responsible for the accuracy of real-time score updates displayed on the Platform and shall not be liable for any discrepancy between live scores displayed and the official result.
• Cricket Specific Rules: For BPL, IPL, T20, and other cricket markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, and match abandonments are settled according to the specific market rules published in the aca44 Sports Rules section.

All casino games and slot titles available on the aca44 Platform are governed by the following terms, in addition to any game-specific rules provided within the game interface itself:

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the aca44 Platform.

• Use any aca44 trademark, trade name, or brand identifier in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages aca44.
• Scrape, frame, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by aca44. Breach of this clause may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aca44's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your aca44 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aca44 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, statistics, or promotional material.
• Any loss caused by events outside aca44's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or actions of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aca44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

aca44 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at aca44.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, aca44 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
